Proposition Four
Teachers think systematically about their practice and learn from experience.

Adapt, overcome, excel.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned as a teacher is the importance of adapting based on reflection. In 2023, I noticed that several students were disengaged during our science experiments. After reviewing my approach, I realized I was focusing too much on instructions and not enough on hands-on exploration. By restructuring the lessons to include more student-led investigations and collaborative problem-solving, I saw a significant increase in engagement and curiosity. This experience reinforced my belief that reflection and adaptability are key to effective teaching.

Work in progress.

Work in progress.

Make it stand out.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
