Proposition Three
Teachers are responsible for managing and monitoring student learning.

Observe and adapt.

Managing and monitoring student learning is a cornerstone of effective teaching. In my classroom, I use formative assessments like exit tickets to gauge understanding and adjust my instruction accordingly. For instance, when I noticed a group of students struggling with fractions, I implemented small-group instruction and hands-on fraction manipulatives. By closely tracking their progress, I was able to address their needs in real time, ensuring they stayed on track. This experience reaffirmed my belief that regular monitoring leads to better outcomes for all students.

Make it stand out

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
